PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION COORDINATOR

Our Rehabilitation Coordinator engage with consumer(s) for individual and group sessions. These sessions can take place in the home, office, or in the community. They participate in all treatment planning, ongoing communication with clinical staff, referring therapist, Program Director, and consumer(s) families.

REHABILITATION SPECIALIST

Our Rehabilitation Specialists advise the Program Director regarding the development and implementation of rehabilitation activities/services that reflect the need of the minors and adults served by the program. The Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for assuring that the services meet the needs of the individuals we serve and is responsible for providing oversight for the daily program rehabilitation services. Rehabilitation Specialist is a licensed position.

LICENSED THERAPIST

Our therapists provide individual, family, and group counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Candidates must be licensed in the state of Maryland. The primary functions of a licensed professional shall be to complete assessments on consumers, coordinate the development of a treatment plan, apply various therapeutic interventions, etc. to the delivery of services. Must have a minimum of a master’s degree and be licensed.

ADDICTIONS COUNSELOR

Under general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the addictions counselor provides education and counseling on chemical dependency, co-occurring disorder and relapse prevention to consumers and their families. Responsible for matching consumers with clinically indicated treatment deemed appropriate at the time of the initial assessment and ongoing assessments thereafter. Collaborates regarding treatment with agency psychiatrist, therapist, PCP, etc. to provide a holistic treatment approach. Addictions Trainees are welcome to apply as well.

HOUSE MANAGER

The house manager is used to maintain an environment that is safe, comfortable, and secure for our consumers. This individual must be capable, under direct supervision, to work in the recovery environment and rehabilitation of consumers within the program. This person also conducts therapeutic activities with the consumers under the supervision of the Lead Addictions Counselor, Program Director, or Executive Director. This position does not require, and is restricted from performing group counseling, individual counseling, treatment planning, case management, etc. but does act as a liaison between the clinical staff and the consumers. This individual is responsible for providing a positive role model for consumers to emulate.
